but is often done by the client's Engineering and Design Depts.

the client provides the engineering and implementation

whenever IDS-C looks at a technology it often end up creating a "fix-it list"

IDS-C may not be able to resist contacting the company(s) involved.

Partnering

• Most all consultation takes place on a pay-as-you-go basis.

An up front fee is followed by weekly billing

that reflects the time and other expenses involved.

IDS-C does, in a few cases, partially vest with companies.

IDS-C can only do this with a very small portion of its work,

since funding is slated for continued design work

and rarely freed up enough to vest in a client's situation.
