Better than a  Hi-Rise

  1. • A Lot-rise would create a Hi-Rise building

    with a floor every 3 stories (30 feet).


•  These floors would be sold as lots.


  1. • A standard house would be built on each lot.


  1. • The Inner core of the building could be sealed

    to provide an ambient outer yard and a sub-tropical inner yard.


  1. • It is more secure than living on the ground

    and everyone gets a nice view.

  1. • Being GREENER means imparting a smaller human footprint

    and reserving lots of spaces for wildlife.


•  How can we have a smaller footprint in suburbia

    without losing the benefits of the single family home ?
