Protection

•  A client company needs to know

    that it has a secure control over its ownership interest

    and cannot afford to open itself up to any risk of losing that control in the technology. 

    Only then can the client company safely invest

    in further development and long term implementation.

    The sale or licensing of the technology provides a client company

    with the secure control over its development investment in the technological application.

Ownership

•  The ownership of that embodiment can be issued,

    upon approval by the patent holder and based on the agreements

    negotiated between the client company and IDS-Development as agent.
